Head Chef

Location: Rugby, Warwickshire

Salary: £32000 - £38000 per annum plus bonus

Working hours: 5 Days/evenings Tuesday - Saturdays

Description: We are looking for a Head Chef to work for our privately owned, long established (34 years) Mexican Restaurant, leading a team of four full time and two part time chefs.

Daily responsibilities:

* Responsible for all aspects of kitchen management

* Menu development and Staffing

* Product sourcing and costing

Role requirements:

* Experience in a busy kitchen and the ability to work under pressure.

* Full knowledge of all Kitchen health and safety

* Be a team player who is not afraid to get stuck in and make a difference
