Our client is a long established business that specialises in all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services. Due to the continued success of their business, they are now looking to appoint a full time Mechanical Estimator.

Their Estimating Department have a wealth of experience, drive, resilience and passion and are looking forward to welcoming a Mechanical Estimator to their team. Full training and ongoing support is provided to the right applicant. The role will involve a full range of duties and responsibilities, which will be but not limited to:

 Assessing tender documentation requirements and prepare a tender proposal

 Identifying potential risks and opportunities

 Regular liaison with clients, sub contractors, suppliers, and engineers

 Obtain and review offers and quotes from sub contractors

 Daily administration duties to support the daily requirements of the department

The successful applicant will have worked in the Building Services sector, have a good understanding of Mechanical Building Services and be looking to build a career within the mechanical building services industry. Other attributes that we are looking for, will include:

 Knowledge of mechanical building services and HVAC systems

 Excellent IT Skills to include Word/Excel

 Excellent communication and organisation skills

 A professional, positive and enthusiastic approach

 A good team player

 Self-motivated with a 'can do attitude
