Role Summary
We are seeking a passionate and inspiring Religious Education Teacher to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and inclusive Religious Education lessons to Key Stages 3 & 4 fostering a deeper understanding of diverse beliefs and ethical values.
Develop lesson plans that cater to a wide range of abilities, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to inspire and engage students.
Promote and support the school's ethos by encouraging respect and understanding among students.
Participate in departmental planning and contribute to curriculum development.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, ensuring every student has the opportunity to reach their potential.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support students' academic and personal growth.About You

Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent, with a degree in Religious Studies, Theology, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience as a Religious Education Teacher at the secondary level is preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of diverse religious, ethical, and philosophical topics.
Ability to engage and inspire students of all backgrounds and abilities.
Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
