Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the groundcare sector.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and strategic sales planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our offerings.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the groundcare, horticulture, or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a field-based role.
• A proactive and results-driven attitude with a passion for achieving targets.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the North West region.
