Job title: Site Agent
Location: Washwood Heath (On-Site)
Contract length: 6 months contract
Working hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours
Pay rate: £ 450.00 per day (Umbrella)

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Site Agent on behalf of a leading infrastructure company.

Job purpose:

We are seeking a Site Agent to undertake the management of a team of Sub Agents working on a large-scale construction project.

Responsibilities:

* Leading multi-disciplinary teams

* Provide support and management to Sub Agents

* Assisting where needed in planning for site works and program scheduling

* Sharing construction knowledge with various teams to ensure works are completed efficiently

* Overseeing permits and certifications to ensure that all contractors are compliant on site

* Planning works and ensuring all Sub Agents have the resources required for completion

Qualifications/Experience:

* Degree in Engineering/Civil Engineering

* Strong management and leadership skills

* Good working knowledge of the construction industry, ideally with experience of reinforced concrete.

* Good communicator, able to liaise between multiple teams and clients

* Good understanding of costing and planning

* Previous Civils experience required

* SSSTS or SMSTS certification desirable
