What We’re Looking For

  • Level 2 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Experience working in an early years setting is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily running of the nursery room, ensuring high standards of care and education.
  • Assist in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote children’s development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic setting, adhering to all safeguarding and health & safety regulations.
  • Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing tailored support and guidance.
