From extensions and refurbishments to new-build developments, you’ll be involved in all aspects of structural design and analysis.?? Design & Analysis – Produce structural designs for residential projects using steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.?? Technical Excellence – Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.?? Collaboration – Work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to bring projects to life.?? Site Inspections – Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide engineering solutions.?? Growth & Development – Receive one-on-one mentoring from a Chartered Engineer to support your professional development.What You Bring?? Experience – Minimum 3 years’ experience working on residential structural projects.?? Qualifications – A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng/MEng). Working towards Chartership (CEng or IStructE) is a plus.?? Technical Skills – Strong knowledge of structural design and analysis. Experience with Tekla Tedds, AutoCAD, or similar software is desirable.?? Problem-Solving Mindset – A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to engineering challenges.??
