Due to success within the firm, they are looking for an ambitious and experienced Childcare Solicitor to join their existing team and work under the Head of Family. The applicant will be joining a large team and continue with the success they have achieved. Within this role you will be responsible for; your own caseload, communications with clients/courts/tribunals and third parties, advocacy at court, supporting other family advisors as well as other administrative responsibilities.

The successful candidate of the Childcare Solicitor will have 2 years PQE and have previously managed a caseload of care matters, with experience of court proceedings.
