About the role

* Working across various sites you will undertake basic repairs, grounds maintenance, caretaking and general cleaning, in accordance with agreed scheme specification.

* Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations, in accordance with contract specifications and escalate complaints as appropriate

* 11.44 per hour paid on a weekly basis

* 08:00 - 17:00 Mon-Fri (overtime available)

About you

* Previous expereince in a similar role

* Must have a valid UK driving license
