Divisional Financial Controller | Manchester City Centre | £65,000 - £70,000 + bonus

An excellent opportunity for a Qualified Accountant with a strong reporting background to make their first step in to a leadership role.

Overseeing the financial reporting of one of the Group’s most successful divisions, you will enhance current procedures whilst also gaining exposure to a growing FP&A team.

Main duties;

• Overseeing the production of management, financial and statutory accounts
• Ensure all month reconciliations are completed
• Develop a first class controls environment
• Key point of contact for external audits
• Liaise with the FP&A team identifying developing trends
• Staff management of a small team
• Ownership of balance sheet & fixed asset register
• Ensure group reporting is completed in a timely manner

Candidate profile;

• ACCA/ACA Qualified – Audit trained preferred
• Strong reporting background
• Excellent communication skills
