Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable CSCS Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments on a construction site. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Start date - 02/12/2024

Working hours - 07:00-16:00

Must have an in date CSCS Card

Responsibilities

* Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.

* Ensure all surfaces are cleaned, sanitised, and maintained to a high standard.

* Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently.

* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

* Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when stock is low.

* Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

* Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries professionally.

Skills

* Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.

* Ability to drive is advantageous for accessing various locations as required.

* Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.

* Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
