• Job Role: Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) - Assessment
• Band: 6
• Location: Birmingham
• Duration: 3 months (ongoing)
• Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay Rate: £26 per hour

As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you'll play a critical role in supporting mental health patients within their communities.

Here's what you can expect:

• Home Visits: Conduct regular check-ins with patients to ensure their needs are met.
• Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications to patients at designated times.
• Patient Interaction: Engage with patients to understand their conditions, offering the support they need and monitoring their progress.
• Risk Assessments: Evaluate potential risks to ensure a safe environment for patients and those around them.

• Qualifications: Active NMC registration as a mental health nurse.
• Experience: Demonstrated community experience.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as needed.
