Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks & Concrete Specialist
📍Bedfordshire HQ / UK Sites | 🏗️ Civils & RC Structures | £55,000 to £75,000+ DOE

A Leading formwork, rebar and concrete contractor operating across the UK and Ireland, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in:
- Groundworks & Drainage
- In-situ Concrete - including basements, slabs, and retaining walls
- Exposure to civils (ideal but not essential)

They're not looking for someone with 20+ years under their belt (if you do that's great), but you must be confident, experienced, and able to work under your own initiative. This is a great opportunity to join a well-respected, family-run business delivering high-profile projects in the energy, infrastructure, residential, and commercial sectors.

What You'll Need:
- Proven QS experience in reinforced concrete, groundworks, and drainage.
- Familiarity with in-situ concrete elements like basements, slabs, retaining walls.
- Ideally, some civils experience too.
- Work independently.
