Your Role as a Science Teacher:

Plan and deliver engaging and interactive science lessons to students across the secondary school age range.
Inspire curiosity and enthusiasm for science through creative and practical teaching.
Assess student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students are encouraged to participate and excel.
Collaborate with the science department to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
Promote opportunities for students to engage in practical experiments, science projects, and extracurricular activities.
Support students of varying abilities to ensure they achieve success in science.
The Ideal Science Teacher Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Overseas-trained teachers are also encouraged to apply.
Have a degree in Science or a closely related subject (specialisms in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics are welcomed).
Demonstrate a passion for teaching science and inspiring young minds.
Possess strong communication and classroom management skills.
Be adaptable, proactive, and committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Have a desire to contribute positively to the wider school community.
