Our client is seeking a passionate and talented Music Teacher to join their department. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and guide students in their musical development, fostering both creativity and discipline in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality music education to secondary students across a range of abilities.

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons, adhering to the national curriculum.

* Encourage student participation.

* Assess, track, and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback.

* Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's music program, including resources and equipment.

* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and enthusiasm for music.

The ideal candidate will have:

* A degree in Music or a related subject, with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Proven experience teaching music at the secondary level, with strong classroom management skills.

* A genuine passion for music and teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.

* A commitment to student welfare and academic achievement.
