Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality meals, ensuring exceptional taste and presentationCollaborate with the kitchen team to develop innovative menusMaintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety regulationsMonitor and manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels for daily operationsAdhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe workplaceUphold a professional and positive demeanour, fostering a harmonious working environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environmentStrong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniquesAbility to work independently and as part of a team to meet high standardsExcellent time management skills and ability to work under pressureFlexibility to adapt to changing demands and prioritise tasks effectivelyEnhanced DBS (Desirable, but not essential)
