Office based Totnes, Permanent, full-time position, salary up to £40,000 depending on experience,

Are you an experienced Finance Manager with a proactive approach, thrive in providing advice to help make business improvements?

The Finance Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within the property and real estate industry. Duties include managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, analysing financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in financial management
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge and Skills:

Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interpret financial data and trends
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
Experience in property management or real estate development (Not essential)
To achieve the higher salary you will need to demonstrate your ability to meet the key criteria of the role by past experience and during the interview process.
