What's involved?

Your contract will be full time consisting of 40 hours per week, you will be working 4 days a week of 10 hours, 08:00 - 18:00
At full capacity the home can hold 71 residents
Overseeing the whole catering department which involves the main restaurant, the on-site bistro, and bar, they have a fine dining room for up to 8 guests, and the home runs private events that run throughout the year
You'll be working with local fresh produce to cook seasonal and creative meals
You will run the kitchen, manage ordering, and do all menu planning
You will need to always maintain the highest possible standards of hygiene
