The successful candidate will be responsible for creating component assets, linking associated airworthiness data, and ensuring the accurate and timely entry of maintenance data into the digital system. The role requires a high level of organisation, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Data Management: Create component assets and link associated airworthiness data.
• Digital Entry: Accurately enter and update maintenance data into the digital system.
• Record Verification: Review and verify maintenance records for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure timely data entry.
• Reporting: Generate and distribute maintenance reports as required.
• Procedure Development: Assist in the development and maintenance of digital data entry procedures.
• Compliance Audits: Perform regular audits of digital records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Task Management: Manage tasks and projects as delegated by management. Essential Skills:
• Proficiency with data entry software and digital record-keeping systems.
