We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join our team in NW London. Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct Legionella Risk Assessments, Temperature Monitoring, Service Inspections, and other water services (e.g., Tank Cleaning, TMV Servicing, Closed Loop Testing).

* Perform site surveys for air and water quality in line with company procedures.

* Use Visio to produce schematic drawings (training provided if needed).

* Organize and maintain all necessary equipment, ensuring functionality and compliance with calibration limits.

* Liaise with the Stores/Workshop Manager to maintain equipment, reporting any issues or damages.

* Arrange travel to and from client sites as required.

* Support the sales team on-site by communicating key site issues, remedial work needs, and potential contract opportunities.

* Engage with clients and site personnel to provide progress updates and address any issues.

* Provide daily updates to the office and ensure all data is accurately recorded using the Digital Compliance System.

* Compile comprehensive reports, including site data, conclusions, and recommendations.

* Adhere to company procedures and support other team members when necessary.
