We are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant - ASD Specialist to join a vibrant primary school in Barking and Dagenham. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children with ASD in their academic and personal development, ensuring they thrive in an inclusive learning environment.

As an SEN TA, you will work closely with teachers and SEN coordinators to provide tailored support to students, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Your role will involve implementing effective communication strategies, managing behaviour positively, and fostering a nurturing and structured environment where children feel safe and encouraged to reach their full potential.
