Contracts Manager
Location:Exeter
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum

Are youfrom a refurb / housing background? Are you looking for a Contracts Manager role working for a leading insurance repair company? TS Recruitment are actively working with a contractor who specialise in repairing fire and flood damaged domestic properties.

Benefits

Basic Salary: Circa £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Car: Car allowance £400per month
Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus
Annual Leave:28 days including bank holidays increasing up to 33 days based on long service
Pension Contributions: 3% employee contributions
Hours:8.00am - 4.30pm
Location: Exeter / Southwest region
Job Role & Responsibilities

Carry out site surveys on fire, flood, subsidence and water damaged domestic properties.
Produce the schedule of repairs from the initial visit / survey
Collate costings and values from, internal systems and portals
Oversee the repairs / refurb of the above work
Prepare valuations and invoices on projects
Appoint and procure subcontractors
Manage and liaise with direct trades and subcontractors
Ensure H&S procedures are followed.
