We are recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist to join a software company based in Shoreham. You will be assisting with the day-to-day management and provide support to the service desk. Ideally you will have knowledge and a strong level of understanding of SQL, Unix and AWS (Amazon Web Standard).

As a Technical Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving support cases
• Managing patching and endpoint security
• Server migrations
• Supporting cybersecurity initiatives

Requirements:

• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with AWS
• Strong communication skills both written and verbally
• Experience with Unix

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:00pm. This role is office based in Shoreham and paying a salary between £25,000 up to £35,000 dependent on experience.
