Head of Therapy Services (HCPC Registered)

Hours per week: 37.5 (Mon to Fri)

Salary: Up to £50,000

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Head of Therapy Services to lead our client's multi-disciplinary therapy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective delivery of personalized rehabilitation and care, as well as providing strong leadership and management of the therapies team.

You must be a qualified Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapist with a HCPC Registration with experience in managing a team of staff, including setting objectives, appraisal, recruitment, and disciplinary issues.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the delivery and governance of a multi-disciplinary therapy service
• Assess, implement, and evaluate personalized rehabilitation and care programmes
• Provide leadership and management of the therapies team, including recruitment, appraisal, and performance management
• Utilize highly specialist knowledge and application of therapy assessments and interventions using complex level clinical reasoning
• Manage a team of staff, including setting objectives, recruitment, and disciplinary issues
