Job Title: Small Works Project Manager

Office in Essex with frequent travel to central London

Vector solutions are acting on behalf of its client who is a leading mechanical building services contractor, dedicated to providing top-notch services and solutions in the M&E sector.

Position Overview:

They are seeking a Small Works Project Manager with a strong background in M&E to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing small works projects, from initial viewing and quotation to planning, execution, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
 
Viewing and Quoting: Conduct site visits for small works projects and provide accurate quotations.
Planning of Works: Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely project completion.
Booking Works: Coordinate and schedule all aspects of project execution, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
RAMS and Permits: Prepare and manage Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and necessary permits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
 
Proven experience in M&E, particularly within mechanical building services.
Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, schedule, and oversee multiple small works projects.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
Proficiency in preparing RAMS and managing permits.
Ability to travel frequently to central London.
