£35,000 - £40,000 + Progression + Full Industry Training + Bonuses + Overtime + Days Based + Pension + Holiday

This company manufactures a range of products for commercial clients across the UK, using machining, sheet metal, and other mechanical principles. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Production Supervisor who can help with the future growth of the department.

In this role you will lead a small team in the day to day running of production, while also getting hands on yourself. You will also be involved in maintaining MRP software, health and safety and more.

The role would suit someone from a Production/ Manufacturing background with leadership experience and knowledge of MRP systems ideally. Industry not required, but any sheet metal, CNC, or other manufacturing experience is highly beneficial.

The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 40 hours (days)
*Supervising small production team
*Managing of MRP systems and more
*Hands on when required

The Person:
*Production/ Manufacturing experience
*Supervisor/ Management experience
*Knowledge of MRP systems is beneficial
