This £1.2 million project requires a professional with a proven track record in managing similar high-specification commercial fit-outs, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring the project progresses as scheduled.
• Maintain high standards of quality and finish, adhering to the client’s expectations.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
• Ensure all works are completed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and progress meetings.
• Report regularly on project updates to senior management and the client.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience managing high-end fit-out projects, ideally in the commercial sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential).
• Ability to handle challenges and problem-solve on-site.
