Why should where you live dictate your job prospects?This is a remote, home based job for one of the most recognisable providers around. So whilst your panel is inside the M25 you can in theory live anywhere in the UK.Salary is between £37,500 and £42,500 along with a bonus that can mean up to 100% of your salary as a bonus, paid half yearly. 60% of this bonus is based on performance, the other 40% on behaviours (adviser engagement, activity levels etc.).Even someone achieving a mid-performance rating would get an extra 20-25% per annum.Alongside that their benefits are excellent including:

• 26 days holiday, increasing after 2 years’ service to 28 days + buy or sell up to 5 days holiday
