Data Steward Manager - Liverpool (6-Month FTC)

Our client, a leading law firm in central Liverpool, is looking for a Data Steward Manager to oversee a team of Data Stewards and ensure the integrity of client and matter data across key business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of Data Stewards, ensuring workloads are balanced and service levels are met.

* Maintain data accuracy and consistency across business services, including Risk Management, Finance, and Business Development.

* Oversee data governance processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues.

* Implement and enhance best practices for data management and reporting.

* Support the Head of Risk with training, performance reviews, and team development.

Skills & Experience Needed:

* Proven experience managing, leading, or supervising a data team.

* Strong knowledge of compliance, data governance, and practice management systems.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
