Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising passive fire protection projects. You will coordinate resources, manage third-party contracts, and ensure projects meet stringent quality and compliance standards. Your leadership will drive successful project outcomes from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution: Oversee project planning and delivery, ensuring key milestones are met.

Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all work aligns with industry regulations and quality standards.

Health & Safety: Conduct site audits to maintain the highest health & safety standards.

*

Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.

*

Financial Oversight: Monitor project costs and ensure budget adherence.

*

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and oversee the completion of essential documentation, including FIRAS/IFC registrations and O&M manuals.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in project management within construction, fire protection, or a related field.

*

Strong knowledge of passive fire protection and building regulations.

*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and project management software (e.g., Fulcrum, Bolster, CAD/AutoCAD).

*

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently within deadlines and budget constraints.

Qualifications:

*

NVQ in Construction Management, Passive Fire Protection, or Joinery

*

FDIS and FIRAS certifications (advantageous)

*

Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar role, preferably within the fire protection industry.
