CK Group are recruiting for a Product Support (Lab Support Coordinator), to join a diagnostics company, working in the regions of Hampshire & Dorset, on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:

Per Day: £200 - £230 PAYE or £265 - £305 Umbrella (Inside IR35).

Product Support (Lab Support Coordinator) Role:

Onsite handling of customer issues and enquiries liaising with other Business areas to provide support.
Identification and troubleshooting of issues on site.
Conducting installations, commissioning and go-live support.
Conducting and design of internal and external training. 
Your Background:

Degree educated (relevant biomedical discipline).
Previous experience of working in a hospital / research laboratory (strongly desired).
Proven track record of troubleshooting experience (desired).
Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with hardware used in pathology particularly biochemistry/blood sciences.
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools (advantageous).
Full UK/EU (or equivalent) driving licence.
Passport (required for overseas training).
