• Overseeing all finance and accounting functions
• Implementing effective financial management strategies
• Preparing and presenting financial reports
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Assisting in budget preparation and management
• Collaborating with senior management on financial decision-making
• Managing a team of finance professionals
• Working closely with external auditors

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• An ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualification (ideally 3 years+ PQE)
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and transactional work (AP/AR etc)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Charity experience is ideal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Offer

• A competitive salary in the range of £58,000 to £65,000 per year
• Hybrid working arrangement - 2 days per week
• Generous pension scheme- up to 12%
