Class 1 / 2 ADR Driver Wanted - Bradford

📌 Location: Bradford
💰 Salary: Class 1 - £19.00 per hour | Class 2 - £17.00 per hour
📅 Schedule: Monday - Friday, with start times between 06:00 and 08:00. Overtime available when required.

Are you an experienced Class 1 or Class 2 ADR Driver looking for regular day shifts? We have fantastic opportunities to join our reputable Bradford-based client.

About the Role

As an HGV Driver with Recruit A Driver, you will:
✔️ Safely unload vehicles at customer premises.
✔️ Drive Class 1 or Class 2 vehicles as required.
✔️ Check load security and weight distribution in line with current safety regulations at the start and end of each shift.
✔️ Maintain vehicle safety standards, reporting any defects promptly.
✔️ Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
✔️ Deliver up to 12 drops per shift.
✔️ Work from a tail lift and operate a pump truck, or the load will be offloaded by the customer.
✔️ Occasionally perform handball duties when required.
✔️ Secure your load correctly using ratchets and straps.

Requirements

✅ Valid UK Class 1 or Class 2 licence (held for a minimum of 12 months).
✅ Recent experience driving a Class 1 or Class 2 vehicle within the last six months (12 months preferred).
✅ ADR certification (valid).
✅ No more than 6 penalty points (for minor offences only).
✅ Digital Tachograph Card (valid).
✅ CPC Qualification Card (up to date).
