This is a temporary opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Housing Services team until March 2025 initially with possible further extension or the possibility if the role going permananent for the right candidate.

Please note that this is a primarily office-based role with limited opportunity for home working.

Accountabilities

* Supporting all administrative aspects of the Housing service, including in relation to Housing Regulator work.

* Collecting, responding to, and distributing post/e-mails.

* Raising purchase orders.

* Meeting arrangements including diary management, room bookings etc.

* Collating and filing documents.

* Updating of various IT systems as required.

The Experience You Will Bring

* Administrative support experience within a Local Authority

* GCSE level in English and Maths

* IT literate specifically Excel and SharePoint

* Experience within housing and / or Local Government preferred
