Direct, design, organise Warehouse automation-related activities within the solutions design and innovation team.
Develop strategies to enhance overall warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Ensure all warehouse automation solutions are executed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor automation systems to ensure optimum performance.
Generate and present regular reports on warehouse automation performance.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse environment.
Stay updated with latest technologies in warehouse automation and logistics.Profile

A successful Senior Warehouse Automation Solutions Manager should have:

A degree in Engineering, Logistics or related field.
Proven experience in warehouse automation in the 3rd Party logistics sector.
Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Experience with AutoCAD, CLASS or Sketch up.
Proficiency in using excel, Access, Powerbi for data analysis.Job Offer
