Key Responsibilities:

* Commercial Strategy Leadership: Lead the commercial management of the windfarm project from start to finish, ensuring it's delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and implement commercial strategies to support the project's success, identifying risks and opportunities along the way.

* Contract Management: Take ownership of the negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions while maintaining strong, positive relationships with all parties.

* Cost Management: Oversee the budget, providing detailed forecasts, cost control, and reporting. Manage cost variance, identify savings opportunities, and ensure the project remains financially viable throughout its lifecycle.

* Procurement Oversight: Lead the procurement process for materials, subcontractors, and services required for the project. Work closely with the procurement team to ensure efficient, cost-effective sourcing, while maintaining the quality and schedule requirements.

* Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks, ensuring that all mitigation measures are in place. Troubleshoot any issues that arise, collaborating with the project team to resolve them efficiently and effectively.

* Stakeholder Communication: Regularly liaise with senior management, clients, and external stakeholders to provide updates on commercial performance, key milestones, and project status. Represent the project at key meetings, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all parties.

* Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure that the project is fully compliant with relevant industry regulations, health and safety standards, and internal company policies. Maintain an unwavering focus on quality control, making sure all deliverables meet the highest standards.

* Experience: You'll have a proven track record as a Commercial Manager in construction, energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

* Skills: Exceptional commercial acumen with a deep understanding of contract law, procurement, cost management, and risk mitigation. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills are essential
