Our Client:A professional membership organisation based in central London (hybrid).
The role: As an Accreditations Administrator you will provide high-quality and efficient customer service and administrative support that facilitates the operational delivery of accreditations, including assisting with the delivery of the online examinations and the handling of accreditation applications.
Main Duties - Serve as the first point of contact for members regarding online examinations, providing excellent customer support via the helpline and email.
- Manage the examination inbox and ticketing system, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
- Maintain and update exam trackers, reports, and accreditation application records to ensure accuracy and compliance with service level agreements.
- Support candidates with booking and accessing online exams, ensuring a smooth examination process.
- Prepare and complete feedback and moderation templates for assessors, moderators, and the Head of Accreditations.
The Successful Candidate - Experience in customer service and administrative support, with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a polite and flexible approach to work and people engagement.
- Proactive and solution-focused, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Competent in working on Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
