QHSE Manager

We are seeking a QHSE Manager to uphold our commitment to excellence in quality, health, safety, and environmental management. As a leader in the manufacturing market, if you have a passion for QHSE and a track record of excellence in this field then don't hesitate to apply. 

Day to Day of the role:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead health and safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Oversee environmental policies and practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting sustainability.
  • Conduct training programs to educate employees on QHSE standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Perform regular audits and inspections, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement in QHSE performance.
  • Ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant legal requirements and industry regulations.
  • Manage and investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with all departments to integrate QHSE principles into business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in QHSE management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of QHSE principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire a culture of safety and quality.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
