GSL Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Unqualified Teacher to join our vibrant and dynamic school in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and looking to gain valuable experience in a school setting.

Job Summary:

As an Unqualified Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons and managing classroom activities.
Supervising students and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
Supporting students with their educational and social development.
Assisting with the planning and preparation of learning materials.
Collaborating with qualified teachers and other staff to enhance the learning experience.
Managing classroom behavior in line with school policies.
Providing feedback on student progress and development to teachers and parents.
The successful candidate will:

A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage a classroom effectively.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment.
Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
A relevant degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Commitment to professional development and learning.
