Hariley Solutions our currently seeking an experienced Business Deveopment Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Telford. If you have a proven track record in New Business Development and are looking for a new opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you!
The BIM / Revit Technician will be predominantly office based at our UK manufacturing centre in Telford and fully supported by the wider sales, technical and project teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Increase sales & turnover to minimum £4m within 24mths.
* Manage & develop existing customer base and key accounts.
* Identify additional customers who mirror existing key accounts and develop those relationships Measure, report and understand customer 'value' - Enquiry win rate, year-on-year revenue, customer retention/loss
* Develop & implement effective sales & marketing strategies.
* Manage marketing campaigns, analyse and report results.
* Report accurate monthly and quarterly sales performance and projections to the Directors
* Manage existing sales resource and identify additional requirements in line with targets and sales performance
