We have an immediate requirement for an experienced and capable Sheet metalworker to join our busy manufactruring team. Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 5.30, 07:00 to 12:30 Friday. £16ph, 45 hour week
Duties:
* Setting and Operating the press brake.
* Unloading/loading of materials.
* Understanding engineering drawings.
* Using various measuring tools
* Working as part of a team to ensure production targets are acheived.
* Operating the overhead crane.
* Using a guillotine Dutch fiber optic laser.
This is a permanent position within an established and busy manufacturing. You will have at least 2 years experience in a metalwork manufacturing environment setting and operating brake press machines as well as using guillotines and laser cutters. Able to read engineering drawings and use various measuring tools.
