To the front of the property, there is a small patio area with benches providing seating for approximately 25 covers and a retractable awning which provides the pub’s smoking solution.

On the south side, the view is of the Thames Valley with its wide flood plains. The village benefits from several shops and amenities as well as including a water tower, war memorial and recreation ground.
