• Assist with a range of commercial conveyancing matters, ensuring a smooth process for clients.
• Handle inquiries from clients and third parties with a confident and professional telephone manner.
• Provide essential support through audio and copy typing, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Utilise Outlook, Word, and preferably Excel, to manage correspondence and administrative tasks efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in commercial conveyancing is essential.
• Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
