I am actively recruiting for a skilled and enthusiastic Part Two Architectural Assistant to join a growing forward thinking Architectural Practice in Essex. My client is a RIBA Chartered Practice who have a passion for creating sustainable stylish and modern designs across multiple sectors with expertise lying in the residential sector. They have built up an excellent reputation and have exciting growth plans.

The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will have a couple years of post-Part Two qualification experience within a UK practice, a full UK driving licence and hold both design flare and technical expertise.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Experienced Part Two Architectural Assistant:

RIBA Part one & Two qualified
Couple of years of post Part Two qualification experience in a UK practice
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry standard software
Keen eye for detail
Experience working on residential projects
Good understanding of current building regulations and planning applications
Excellent communication skills
Job running experience is beneficial
Full UK driving licence
Driven approach to work and professional development
Work well within a team environment
Live locally to Brentwood
