Major Recruitment are looking to appoint a Manufacturing Engineer (NPI) for a client in Stokesley. Our client is a well-established electronics and instrumentation businesses with an impeccable reputation for quality of products and services.

Due to substantial growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.

Duties:

Deliver all elements of Manufacturing Engineering through NPI processes in line with company policies.
Deliver processes that are robust to the manufacturing team ensuring quality and labour times are achievable.
Use continuous improvement tools and champion lean manufacturing throughout the operations team.
Identify areas for improvement in processes with regards to cost and quality.
Manage time across multiple NPI projects.
Work alongside other departments to achieve targets and KPI's.
Take a proactive approach to personal development.
Build strong relationships across the Operations team.Role Requirements:

Degree/HND qualified.
Competent in electronic fault finding.
Understanding of safe working practices.
Experienced in root cause analysis and problem solving.What's on offer?

Up to £41,000 per year (DOE).
Annual profit bonus (average £1500).
Monday to Friday.
8am to 4:30pm.
