An innovative UK-based company, specialising in sustainable waste management and recycling solutions, is seeking a talented and driven UK & Ireland Sales Manager. Role Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to contribute to the company's expansion. As UK & Ireland Sales Manager, your role will primarily focus on generating new business across key sectors such as Agriculture & Equestrian, Building & Construction, Landscaping, and Fabrication & Packaging. You will also manage and develop existing customer accounts to ensure long-term relationships and maximise revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new business opportunities across key sectors (70% of time).

* Manage and grow existing customer accounts (30% of time).

* Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive profitable business growth.

* Identify new applications and market opportunities for existing products.

* Upsell and cross-sell the full product range to new and existing customers.

* Work closely with the Head of Sales and internal teams to ensure alignment with pricing and company policies.

* Submit accurate monthly sales reports, forecasts, and visit documentation.

* Participate in meetings, attend exhibitions, and continuously develop your skills.

Essential Requirements:

* Significant experience in a similar role within sectors such as agriculture, equestrian, building, construction, or ground protection.

* Background in plastics or manufacturing would be an advantage.

* Proven business development and key account management experience.

* Demonstrated ability to build and manage distributor networks.

* A strong drive, determination, and ability to succeed in a competitive environment.

* Enthusiastic and committed, with a drive to progress within the company.
