Our client is seeking JAVA Production Support/Deployment Experienced candidate in Belfast, UK. This is a FTE -hybrid role, t o provide L3 coverage for the Trade Surveillance Case Managers and associated products.

This will involve working independent as well as collectively within the wider L3 function within Trade Surveillance to investigate diagnose and provide answers and solutions in a timely fashion on production issues

Responsibilities include

• Communicating with the wider L3 function on daily stand-ups around issues and their remediations
• Working with GPA L1 and other L3 colleagues to triage investigate and resolve production issues
• Resolve productions issues independently where possible
• Report status on issues to management with part responsibility on reducing them over the longer term
• Work with the development teams where required for more complex issues to fix production issues
• Monitor and resolve any production blockages ie data pipeline flows
• Work with the wider team to in sure runbooks are up to date and actionable
• Understand ongoing work and its effects on the products and guide teams on ways to improve production stability
• Ownership of issues
