Maintenance Electrician

Location: Chester, Birkenhead, Northwich, Ellesmere Port
Pay: £33,000 - £40,000 per year
Van + Tools Included
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm
Call Out: 1 in 6, £115 standby, minimum 4 hours pay at 1.5x or 2x

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Electrician to join our team, working across various locations in Chester, Birkenhead, Northwich, and Ellesmere Port. This role offers a 50/50 split between Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring a varied and rewarding workday.

Key Responsibilities:

* General building maintenance

* Electrical maintenance and repair

* Basic plumbing and fabric work

* Responding to reactive maintenance requests

* Carrying out PPMs on time and to a high standard

* Maintaining health and safety regulations across all work environments

Qualifications & Skills Required:

* Proven experience in electrical maintenance and general building services

* Multi-skilled with a background in basic plumbing and fabric work

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work on your initiative

* Valid UK driver's license

* Ability to participate in the on-call rota
