Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Assistant

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a main building contractor based in Buckinghamshire.

The organisation have an excellent reputation in the construction industry for delivering quality schemes ranging from £500k to £25million in value.

Projects include new build, fit-out and refurbishment within the residential, commercial, retail, education & health-care sectors.

Job role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Assistant

Salary: £38,000 - £50,000/annum (DOE)

Duration: Permanent

Location: Buckinghamshire & London

Assistant Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:

Liaise with customers and project managers
Assist with the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates
Prepare and submit accurate and timely cost reports to commercial team
Assist with the preparation of tender documents for subcontractorsKnowledge and skills:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proven experience working in the construction industry, in a quantity surveying/commercial role
