Our client is a leader of modern building services design. The provide expertise in the design of new developments and refurbishments in all markets, including; e-commerce, commercial, industrial Warehouse &Logistics, residential, hotel, leisure, and mixed-use developments.

Role & Responsibilities:

The role will involve working on projects from 6 months to 2.5 years in length
Clients come from a wide variety of Industries- but there will be a focus on Warehouse and Logistecs design
The Senior Design Engineer will Lead Projects and delegate work accordingly
Designing solutions using AutoCAD and Revit
Working aklongside the Mechanical Design Engineers and Sustainability EngineersKnowledge, Skills & Experience:

5 years experience of project design within electrical engineering
An understanding of integrated design in buildings
Experience of Project Management
Experience within a Senior Electrical Design role
Competency in specification writing, design/drawing for all building types
Understanding of sustainability and low energy buildings is a plus
